GraIfGames(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 PathFinder(이하 "본 게임") 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 아래와 같이 처리방침을 안내합니다.
본 게임은 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없습니다. 개발자는 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소 등 이용자가 직접 입력하는 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 게임 진행도·설정은 원칙적으로 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.
본 게임은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 제3자 도구를 사용하며, 이 과정에서 일부 정보가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.
개발자는 이용자 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 위 도구를 통해 아래 제3자가 각자의 정책에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.
기기에 저장된 데이터는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 제3자 도구가 수집한 정보의 보관 기간은 각 사업자의 정책을 따릅니다.
본 게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 될 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다. 데이터 삭제나 개인정보 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Information collected by third-party tools is retained according to each provider's policy.
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. For data deletion or privacy questions, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy as laws or the service change; updates will be posted on this page.

본 이용약관은 GraIfGames가 제공하는 모바일 게임 PathFinder의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 게임을 설치·이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
개발자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 본 게임을 이용할 수 있는, 양도 불가능한 제한적 권리를 부여합니다.
본 게임은 광고 제거 등 인앱 상품을 제공할 수 있습니다. 모든 결제는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 비소모성 상품은 동일한 구글 계정에서 "구매 복원" 기능으로 복원할 수 있습니다.
본 게임에는 제3자 광고(Google AdMob)가 포함될 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품을 구매하면 해당 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
이용자는 본 게임을 역공학(리버스 엔지니어링), 변조, 부정 이용, 자동화 도구를 통한 조작 등의 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
본 게임 및 그 콘텐츠(그래픽, 코드, 디자인 등)에 대한 모든 권리는 GraIfGames에 있습니다.
본 게임은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 개발자는 게임이 오류 없이 중단 없이 작동함을 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발자는 본 게임 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자가 본 약관을 위반할 경우 본 게임 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제하여 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game PathFinder, provided by GraIfGames. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Game may offer in-app items such as ad removal. All payments are processed through Google Play, and refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. Non-consumable items can be restored via "Restore Purchases" under the same Google account.
The Game may include third-party ads (Google AdMob). Purchasing the ad-removal item hides these ads.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, exploit, or manipulate the Game through automated tools or other improper means.
All rights in the Game and its content (graphics, code, design, etc.) belong to GraIfGames.
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty that it will operate error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
Access may be restricted if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
